Past & Present
Living Harmoniously Together
The Rusell-Lamson Hotel was built in 1914 and was once called “one of the most complete, up-to-date and modern hotels to be found anywhere on the American continent.” Now, the building has a new life as remodeled affordable apartments that offer both community amenities and restored architectural pieces long forgotten, like the magnificent lobby windows. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.
These 90 affordable apartments range from studios to 3-bedrooms, offering comfortable living at a truly affordable price. Become a part of the vibrant Russell Lamson community today!
